May 23, 2014 -

On May 17, 2014, we exited the Miraflores Locks of the Panama Canal and reentered the Pacific Ocean.  However, we spent another six days getting ready to head out across the eastern Pacific.  We left Panama headed west on May 23.

Our first leg was from Panama to the Galapagos.  After 20 days in the Galapagos, we sailed from the Galapagos to French Polynesia.  But our passage making was not over.  French Polynesia is very large, and we made a few passages within French Polynesia.  We ended the season in western French Polynesia.

In 2015, we left French Polynesia and sailed north - home to Hawaii.
